Background

Therafyx is an AI-powered health tech platform designed to connect people to the right holistic therapist in the UK without confusion, guesswork, or endless searching.

Using an AI-led chatbot, Therafyx helps users understand their symptoms, suggests suitable therapies, and matches them with verified practitioners nearby. For therapists, it offers visibility, reach, and a way to connect with clients who are actively looking for care.

The idea was strong. The challenge was everything around it.

The Reality

When Therafyx came to us, all they had was a logo, brand guidelines, and an idea to change the healthcare system in the UK. Their product was still in its prototype phase and the category of holistic therapies itself carried a trust gap in the country.

This wasn’t just a “launch later” problem. It was a credibility problem. How do you build belief in a platform people can’t fully use yet – in a space they’re already sceptical about?
